Cashless Catering

We have now moved to a new cashless catering system that uses Biometric fingerprint technology. Parents need to complete a consent form for the use of this system. This form can be collected from the school reception.

Parent Pay have updated their website. We have attached 2 documents at the bottom of this article to help you navigate the new layout.

Since moving to the new school we have moved away from using cash for payments within school and have moved to cashless catering through Parentpay. With Parentpay we can accept payments online for items such as dinner money, school trips and revision guides. Using their secure website, you can pay online using your credit or debit card.

ParentPay is easy-to-use and will offer you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available and that funds will reach school safely.

ParentPay provides parents with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; making a payment using your credit or debit card is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of all payments for you to view at a later date. When you make a payment, an e-mail confirmation is sent to you, giving you reassurance that the transaction has been successful.

Paypoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history online. Below are a few of the nearest Paypoint stores to school:

Please notify the Finance staff within school if you wish to use the Paypoint facility. A plastic card will be issued to you to make cash payments for school meals at local stores. The first card is free of charge; however, any lost or damaged cards will be charged at £5 each. Payment cards take about 1 week to arrive. All trips will be issued with an individual letter and unique bar code and this letter can be taken to your local Paypoint store where they will scan the barcode and the payment will be allocated to the relevant trip.

The more parents that use ParentPay, the greater the benefit is to the school.  You can help us reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.  It also ensures that all money transactions are safe and secure.

Please be assured that ParentPay offers the highest security and no card details are stored on the system or are accessible by the school or ParentPay.  If you have any questions, please contact Caroline Fletcher, Finance manager on 01904 552153.

We look forward to your support in using ParentPay as it will help us further support teaching and learning by reducing the burden of income collection in the classrooms and school office.
